Patching Installation Status
After an update has been applied to an asset, the Patch Management dashboard will display Up to Date in the Available column.
Post Installation Rescan
Once the patching task is complete, Nodeware will automatically initiate a rescan of the asset to update the Asset Score.
Verify that a rescan was initiated:
1. Click View Asset for the asset in the Patch Management dashboard.
2. Verify that Rescan Pending appears.
3. Hover over the asset. A message appears to indicate that the asset is in queue for a scan.
4. Once the rescan is complete, review the Asset Score for issues.
Note: The rescan can take 2-3 hours.
