Alerts

Nodeware can notify customers about vulnerability alerts through Email, Slack, ConnectWise, and Autotask. The Alert Types are:
•    Known Exploited Vulnerability
•    Critical Vulnerability
•    New Asset Found
•    Sensor Offline

NOTE: Alerts are not enabled by default.
 

There are two ways to access Alerts.

Option 1
1.    Log into the Nodeware Dashboard at https://app.nodeware.com
2.    From the Customer list, find the customer needed and click the Settings icon. 
3.    Click Alert Dashboard. 

Option 2
1.    After logging on to the dashboard, click a customer’s name.
2.    Either click Alerts on the Summary pane or Manage Customer on the Customer Actions menu and click Alerts Dashboard. (Note: clicking Alerts goes directly to the Alerts dashboard)

The Alert dashboard appears.
