An email address, including the default email used to enable alerts, and a Slack channel for an Alert Endpoint can be changed at any time. A customer’s email address or a ticketing system’s email address can be used to receive the alerts.
To change an email address, do the following:
1. Click the Email icon to reveal the email address.
2. The email address will appear. Change the email address and click Save Changes.
To change a Slack channel, do the following:
1. Click the Slack icon to reveal the channel.
2. The channel name will appear. Change the name and click Save Changes.
