By default, enabled alerts are sent to the email address associated with your account.
Note: Only 3 endpoints can be created. When ConnectWise is used, it replaces the default Email endpoint.
To add additional alert endpoints, do the following:
1. On the Alerts view, click the plus (+) sign.
2. Select Email or Slack.
3. For Email, enter an email address and select Save Changes.
4. For Slack, enter the channel name and select Save Changes. The # symbol represents the channel and the @ represents a direct message.
