Password Reset
You can reset your password from the login form, by clicking Don't remember your password?
The email that you receive will contain a link to reset your password. The password reset link expires in 24 hours.
If you are having trouble recovering your account, please contact support by clicking the ? Support button in the bottom right or you may email support directly at support@nodeware.com.
Multifactor Authentication (MFA)
If you wish to change the authenticator in use by your account, you can update by selecting Manage Account from the user menu on the top right of the dashboard. Clicking on MFA Settings will load the current authenticators for your account.
To change authenticators, click Reset MFA, read the message and click Confirm Reset. This will remove all active methods from your account. When this completes, the button will update to say Enroll. Clicking this will launch the MFA setup flow, once you have completed you can close the tab and return to the dashboard.
NOTE: It is important to complete enrollment of a new factor as soon as possible, until you do your account will be accessible by email and password only.
