Global Actions

The Global Actions toolbar contains the views that are applicable to all customers, which includes:

• Reports
• Subscriptions
• Integrations
• Support

Reports

1. List of reports generated
2. Edit report schedule (weekly, monthly, on demand options)
3. Provides date and name of reports along with options to download or delete a report
4. Options to generate a report (select Customer and Report Type)
5. Access the API key and Nodeware API documentation 

Subscriptions

1. Total asset usage across each customer for the current month
   • Total Assets for MSP account
   • Displays current period
   • Subscription utilization shows the total # of assets used out of the total # of subscription assets
   • Consumption utilization displays the # of assets being used on consumption

2. Usage Report explains the current usage for each customer. Click the report to export customer details in an Excel spreadsheet.

3. Customer Assets display the peak usage, number of assets scanned over a 30-day period, and number of assets decommissioned

4. Subscriptions display the number of assets with on consumption or paid

5. Choose a plan (consumption, monthly, or annual), estimate a monthly bill, or acquire a subscription package through:
   • TD SYNNEX
   • Ingram Micro
   • AWS Marketplace
   • Rain Networks

6. Consumption Billing displays consumption usage, invoice, and payment information
