Multi-Tenant Dashboard

• Switch between customers using the dropdown or searchable customer list.
• Access the global actions and tools, such as Reports, Subscriptions, Integrations, and Support in the top-right menu.
• Add new customers directly from the dashboard.

The User Menu provides:

• User’s name, email address, and account access level (e.g., Account Owner, Administrator, Technician, or Analyst)
• Manage Account
       - Profile: update name, email address, and password
       - Manage Addresses: update billing or shipping addresses
       - Payment Method: update credit card information
• Team Settings
       - Search for team members
       - Invite new team members
       - Review team members’ account settings and access levels
• Sensors Overview: provides a list of sensors and the options to download, connect and activate sensors.
• System Status: view Nodeware’s current status (e.g., dashboard, services, API, Incident History, and upcoming maintenance)
• API: Access API information (note the API Key is on the Reports Menu)
• Logout 

1. Average score of all customers

3. Total number of assets across all customers
4. Total number of unique CVEs across all customers
5. Total number of know exploited vulnerabilities across all customers
6. List of all customers | click name to access the customer’s dashboard | icon indicates the customer is on 7-day trial
7. Rolling 30 Assets | number of assets scanned within the last 30 days
8. Billable Assets | number of assets scanned during the billing period
9. Network Score | aggregated score based on a weighted average of the security score of all devices on the network
10. Number of assets with at least one critical vulnerability

      • Assets | click to access the customer’s asset list

      • Patch Management | click to access the customer’s patch management view

      • Settings | click to access the customer’s settings view (e.g., Sites & Interfaces, Alerts, Agent Downloads, Credentialed Scanning, Tag Management, and Delete Customer)
