Schedule a Report

Reports can be generated on a weekly or monthly basis utilizing the scheduler in the Reports dashboard.

By default, Nodeware only allows 1 recurring scheduled report per user account. To schedule 2 recurring scheduled reports, 2 user accounts are needed. One user account for the first recurring scheduled report (e.g., monthly recurring) and a second user account is needed for the second recurring scheduled report (e.g., weekly recurring).

To schedule a report, do the following:

1. Select Setup Schedule from the top right of the dashboard.

The screen below appears on the right-side panel.

2. Select either Weekly or Monthly.

3. For Weekly, select:

• Day of the Week to generate the report.
• Report Type.
• Customers (either All or a subset).

4. For Monthly, select:

• Day of the Month to generate the report.
• Report Type.
• Customers (either All or a subset).

5. Click Save.

An email notification is sent the morning of the date selected indicating that the reports are ready to view and download.
