Windows Agent Installation

To install the Windows Agent, do the following:
1. Login at https://app.nodeware.com
2. On the Customer Action menu, click Manage Customer

3. Select Agent Downloads
4. Click Windows and Download MSI Package

Important Notes:
• Each customer has its own unique MSI package
• Repeat the above steps to obtain the correct MSI

Once downloaded to the machine, double-click, and follow the on-screen prompts.

The filename format should look like 'NodewareAgentSetup.XXXXXXX.msi' where the Xs are replaced by the Customer ID. To enable auto-registration, the installation file must not be renamed. This does not apply if installing via the command line as indicated below.

The msi can also be installed via command line:
    • msiexec /i "NodewareAgentSetup.XXXXXXX.msi" /quiet
