Nodeware® by IGI CyberLabs is an AI-driven continuous vulnerability management solution tailored for MSPs, offering a multi-tenant dashboard, streamlined deployment (under 30 minutes), internal and external IP address scanning, and detailed vulnerability data with actionable remediation guidance.

Nodeware Capabilities

The 7-Day trial period allows access to Nodeware for testing purposes and to see if it’s a good fit for potential customers. During the trial period, access is limited. Network Reports and API access are restricted. Once a trial is converted to a full subscription, these options become immediately available.

End User Trial
If interested in a 7-day trial, contact your Nodeware Authorized MSP and request a trial. If you do not have a Nodeware Authorized MSP, request a 7-day trial by visiting the following link: https://nodeware.com/end-user-trial

Manage Service Provider (MSP) Trial

MSPs with an active Nodeware account can create 7-day trials for new customers or internal testing purposes during the customer account creation process.

To create a new customer trail, do the following:

1. Log into the Nodeware Dashboard at https://app.nodeware.com.

2. Click Customers on the left side pane.

3. Click Add New Customer at the top right.

4. On the Edit Details card, enter:

a. Customer’s Company Name
b. Customer’s First and Last Name
c. Customer’s Email Address

5. Click Start Free 7 Day Trial.

Cancelling a Trial

To cancel a 7-day trial, do the following:

1. Click Customers on the left side pane.
2. Click the gear icon on the customer to cancel the trial.
3. Select Delete Customer from the Edit Customer menu.

If a trial is not cancelled during the 7-day period, it will convert to a "LIVE" account and utilize any free assets in your MSP account.

NOTE: If the MSP does NOT have enough available assets, the converted trial account will show locked assets and the MSP will need to purchase the correct amount of assets.

Converting Trial to Full Subscription

MSPs may convert customer accounts that are currently on trial to full subscription to access full reporting and API data. From the Edit Customer menu, if a customer is eligible for immediate upgrade, a Convert Trial option will appear. Selecting that menu option will show a dialog box to confirm the action.

Converted customers get immediate access to the API and full reporting. Any associated assets will begin to count against any active subscriptions on the account.
