Nodeware provides a rescan feature that allows customers to rescan assets when needed.
Rescan a Single Asset
To rescan an asset, do the following:
1. Click the customer card where the asset is located. The Network view is displayed.
2. Locate the asset to rescan and click it.
3. At the top right of the screen, click the Rescan icon.
The icon changes to Rescan Pending and a message appears to confirm the rescan was successfully submitted.
4. On the Network view, hover over the asset. A message appears to indicate that the asset is in queue for a scan.
Rescan Multiple Assets
To rescan multiple assets, do the following:
1. Click the customer card where the asset is located. The Network view is displayed.
2. Locate the assets to rescan and click the boxes next to each asset.
3. Click the Rescan icon that appears in the header.
A message appears to confirm the rescan was successfully submitted.
4. On the Network view, hover over the assets. A message appears to indicate that the assets are in queue for a scan.
