Nodeware’s Tag feature allows customers to categorize, filter, and quickly drill down into subsets of assets based on desired grouping/tagging methodology. Being able to quickly filter down a large set of assets into manageable subsets allows users to perform common actions to increase organization, comprehension, and interaction.
Some tags are automatically applied to assets based on their fingerprint. It is recommended to create tags, such as Production and Development, Building A and Building B, or even Servers and Workstations to help better manage the customer’s network.
