When an MSP chooses to delete a customer account, it is recommended that the MSP run and download all relevant reports available before deleting the customer to archive the data in case it is needed at a later time. Once the customer is deleted, the data will no longer be available. Note: this is not a requirement.
To delete a customer account:
1. Log into the Nodeware Dashboard at https://app.nodeware.com.
2. From the list, click the Customer to delete.
3. Click Manage Customer.
The Customer Details pane appears.
4. Click Delete Customer and then Confirm Delete.
