Nodeware redefines vulnerability scanning with an efficient and lightweight solution that empowers MSPs to effectively reduce their customers’ cyber risk. MSPs create a customer profile for each of their customers to perform vulnerability management.
The customer profile establishes the master location for a customer's information and is the place where MSPs will manage customers.
To create a customer account, do the following:
1. Log into the Nodeware Dashboard at https://app.nodeware.com.
2. Click Add New in the upper right corner.
The screen below appears.
3. Enter the Customer’s information.
4. Enable 7-Day Trial to start a trial. The assets monitored during the trial period will not count against the MSP’s subscription usage. If the customer is not removed after the 7-day trial, the assets will automatically count toward the MSP’s total usage.
5. Enter the Technical Contact’s information.
6. Enable Invite as Analyst when the MSP’s customer wants access to the Nodeware account. In this case, the customer will be required to register for an account, which will be given Analyst access level. The customer will not be able to make any changes to the Nodeware.
7. Click Submit.
